Pro members can submit requests for an unlimited number of brands, whereas Essential-Kit members are limited to one brand.

Do you make canceling difficult?

What is the turnaround time?

When you request a design, it is entered into your design queue. We work through your design queue on a first-come, first-served basis.

On average, most clients receive their requests within 48 hours. In some cases, it may take longer depending on the complexity of the request.

How many requests can I submit at a time?

You can submit an unlimited number of requests to your design queue at any time, and your designer will work through them one by one.

Who will manage a project or design tasks?
